All services provided by File My Divorce Now LLC are digital – we generate legal documents based on your input. Once you have accessed or downloaded the documents, you have received the full benefit of the service. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any package, add‑on, or service.

2. Why No Refunds?

• The documents are custom‑generated for you and cannot be reused by others.
• You have the opportunity to review your order and information before completing payment.
• Our system provides a warning that child support calculations are estimates – if you proceed, you accept that risk.

3. Exceptions (none)

We do not grant refunds for change of mind, incorrect information entered, inability to file, or any other reason. We also do not provide partial refunds for unused add‑ons.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue collection of the original payment plus any fees incurred.

5. Child Support Calculation Warning

Our child support calculation is an estimate only and may not match the official amount determined by the court. You are required to review the calculation with a professional before relying on it. Because you are made aware of this limitation before payment, no refund will be issued based on the accuracy of the child support figure.
