Refund and Cancellation Policy

Pre-launch draft updated August 8, 2026

Launch review required. Consumer-law counsel must approve this policy, checkout presentation, and support process before LEGAL_CONTENT_APPROVED is enabled. Nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

Before payment

You may leave checkout without paying. The server will not create a Stripe session unless document generation, the selected court-form packet, and the legal-content release are all approved. Review your package, price, answers, and eligibility before paying.

Digital document service

The service prepares a personalized digital packet from information you confirm. Requests made after generation or download may be limited because customized digital work has already been performed. That limitation does not apply where governing law requires a refund or other remedy.

Requests we review

Contact support promptly about duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, an amount that differs from the checkout total, failure to deliver an approved packet after a verified payment, or a material technical defect. We may request the case number, transaction reference, and information needed to verify identity and investigate. Do not email completed forms or sensitive intake answers unless support provides a secure method.

Eligibility and user-entered information

A change of mind, a later change in circumstances, court scheduling, or incorrect information supplied by the user does not automatically create a refund. Each request is evaluated under this policy, the service record, and applicable law. The minor-children package and child-support calculations are not offered in this release.

Timing and payment method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable. Bank and card-network posting times are outside our control. We do not ask for card numbers by email.

Disputes

Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Nothing in this policy prevents you from using rights available through your card issuer or applicable law. We will provide accurate transaction and fulfillment records when responding to a dispute.

Contact

Email contact@filemydivorcenow.com with your case number and the reason for the request. Do not include passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
