How long does the process take?
Intake time varies. Documents are prepared only after payment, complete confirmation, and all court-form release checks pass. Court processing time is controlled by the court.
How is packet availability checked?
Checkout is enabled only when the selected state, county, package, and packet release match and the release has a current source, checksum, reviewer, and approval date. Verify filing requirements with the court clerk before filing.
What if my spouse doesn't agree?
This service is specifically for uncontested divorces where both parties agree on all terms. If there are disagreements, you may need a mediator or a traditional attorney.
